Meet Jim Bob!
An installer and service technician with several years in the trade, Jim Bob is always ready to jump in wherever the Roehm Team needs him—with his trusty kneepads, of course! At this point, we’re pretty sure they’re part of his everyday wardrobe.
Outside of work, he’s been playing guitar since age 11 and loves sushi, riding three-wheelers, and listening to his favorite band, Silverstein.
At home, he and his fiancée stay busy with what we jokingly count as “32 kids and one on the way!” Between his family and HVAC, Jim Bob knows how to handle a little chaos—and we’re glad he’s part of our crew!
